DESCRIPTION OF THE PLAN “TIME AFTER TIME”
SECONDARY SCHOOL OF 1 DEGREE “A.CHIONNA” - LIZZANO (TA) - ITALY

The present plan deals with the CYCLICAL TIME IN OUR LIFE. The time that marks every moment of our existence and that we would like it never to finish for us ,for some aspects is immutable, for many others, instead, it passes and does not return more.
On one side, therefore the time flows and it is never equal to itself and modifies, things, persons and places inexorably; from the other side ,there is the time that repeats itself , always equal like in seasons, in recurrences, in the works of land, nearly in a kind of immortality
. The following plan is based on 5 great macro areas to develop:
1-war
2-“in the garden of the fairies, between gnomes and elves…” (fairy tales)
3- school memories
4-the years of youth and falling in love
5- work in the past and in the present
Purpose
The project choice answers to the double purposes to recover the past in order to improve the present and to value the European cultural identity as fundamental resource for the personal increase. Such a choice deals with the analysis of the today and yesterday’s reality , of our and other people's reality. Such purposes will be realized through the search and the adaptation so that all the material can be used with the multimedia instruments.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES .
To develop an interdisciplinary knowledge.
To deepen the knowledge of own culture and own national identity .
To educate people to the European citizenship .
To improve and to develop the use of the English language and ICT knowledge .

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
MODULE “WAR” .
In order not to forget the useless dead men, slaughters, sufferings .
To use and value life history .
To transfer the historical memory in the present .
To educate to a peace culture
MODULE “FAIRY TALES” .
To recover the simple fantasy and the imagination of old stories of fairy tales and placing them in the present through the technology. .
To know own environment and traditions in order to consolidate the culture of our territory .
To analyze similarities and differences in the tales
MODULE “SCHOOL MEMORIES” .
To reconstruct the history of the school of the past through the collection of documents, objects, photo and testimonies of every type .
To develop the comparison between various truths in various periods.
MODULE “YOUTH AND FALLING IN LOVE” .
To analyze the rituality tied to the courtship, engagement, wedding in various historical periods and the various territories and countries.
MODULE “THE JOB” .
To analyze the main differences in the world of the job of the past of the present .
The organization and cycles of production in the various European countries
FINAL PRODUCTION
travelling exhibition in May 2009, online diffusion, publication by printing
